Bike for Sale in Amsterdam or Prague?

Hi there,
I was going to bring my bike to Europe for a ride at the end of August, but recent baggage fee increases make it cost over $400 US. So, I am looking for a decent used touring bike for sale in either Amsterdam (ideally) or Prague. I can bring a rack, saddle, and pedals, looking for the rest. Am willing to spend $200 or so. Thanks so much.

Amsterdam is like the cycling capital of Europe. If you have never been you will be amazed at the amount of bikes there.
Buying a bike will not be a problem but don`t expect the world for $200. Just go into any bike shop and see what you can beg off them.
