WE HAVE BEEN BIKING IN SPAIN FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND ARE SUPRISED AT THE COMPLEET LACK OF RESPONCE FROM spanish warm shower hosts IN BARCELONA AND GRANADA AND SEVILLE ONE REPLY IN Barcelona from an awesom american host. UP IN THE NORTH COAST WE HAD TWO GREAT HOSTS SO WHY NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE OTHER HOSTS PLEASE.

Response in Europe
Just got back from cycling the Danube and had about as much luck as you in getting a response anywhere in Europe.
Seems rude not to reply to a request but maybe that's the way folks are in Europe. You might have better luck "couchsurfing".

Did you write in Spanish? I would think that might make a difference.
Did you mark the hosts who did not respond as unresponsive?
And I imagine you know this, but writing in all caps is generally considered rude, so do avoid that.
