Hey All! For those of you who have toured the West coast this time of year (Washington to S. California) would you recommend having waterproof booties to cover your non-water proof shoes?

Touring the Pacific Coast
Last Summer my Significant other and I toured the Pacific Coast. I brought my booties and had them on at least half the time, maybe more. I was very glad to have them. I highly recommend having a pair along for Washington, Oregon, and Northern California.

While they only work, so, so I have used breadbags or duct tape over wool socks on cold wet tours when I forgot my booties, they worked for avoiding the worst of the cold, but you got wet from sweat.
